Not Charging message on my iPad Air.

I am using two different 12w chargers with apple-supplied cables. I get the same message with both chargers (purchased last week from Apple store). I tried resetting the machine but that didn't fix the problem.


I updated yesterday to IOS 7.1.1

Go back to the Apple store. Bring everything.

The genius bar appointment was very helpful - there seemed to be a problem between the lightening connector and the battery. It was charging very slooooowly, and as mentioned above displayed "not charging" any time it was plugged in. So, Apple replaced the device under warranty. It had been backed up consistenlty to icloud so the whole process took about an hour in the store.
