Q: What pass code do they want

So I denied the first update message went to install it a day later it's now asking for a pass code that I have no idea what it would be

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1.1

Passcode seems like your talking iOS device.

But since this is the Mavericks fourm, it could be your admin password, or your Apple ID password. Generally when Mac OS X wants a password, it also shows the account name as part of the prompt. If the account name looks like your email address, it is most likely your Apple ID. If it is your first/last name, then most likely it wants your admin account password.

And if this is for an iPhone/iPad/ iPod Touch, then you are in the wrong forum .
