I followed the steps and at first the icon did not appear. Then it did and I thought I followed the directions given. I thought it said the pictures were imported but they cannot be found anyywhere. I then tried again but the iphone icon does not appear. What now? PS: am IT challenged to say the least, therefore frustration sets in quickly!!
