Tv device is turned off and won't work its on but it shows the iTunes logo with no movement
The apple tv is closed but wont show any thing expect a logo of Apple iTunes we know it wants a restart but the restart won't work

I would connect it by microUSB cable to a computer and use itunes on the computer to restore the firmware of the appletv if that did not work then if I would return it under warrenty if it's under warrenty
