Hi,
have been using iPhone 4S - now bought new phone iPhone 5S, on setup stage chose restore backup from iCloud. I can see backup of my iPhone 4S but getting error message " No iCloud backupds are compatible with the version of iOS (7.0.4) on this phone. How can i update thesoftware on my new iPhone 5S? I does not allow me to continue next step.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4
You need to first update your 5S to iOS 7.1.1. Once done & setup, erase it: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. You should now be able to restore it using the 4S backup.
Restore from iCloud Backup - iPhone 4S ( iOS 7.1.1) to iPhone 5S (iOS 7.0.4)
