Hi, my Word won't let me save or close pages- most of the tool bar at the top is greyed out and when I click file the only options are 'open recent' and 'share'. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've got a document open and I can't close or save it.

You may have triggered an option that requires you to provide information to Word but the dialog box waiting for the information is hidden or in a different window. Try pressing the escape key and see if you have control again.
