Arturia Minibrute bpm sync to GB

hi, thinking of getting the minibrute synth.

One question . How do i sync the minbrute to a drum loop in GB . Does it happen automatically or do I have to open some menus.

I tend to play free and not sequenced up until now so dont know about MIDI really .
