after connecting iphone to itunes on my labtop ...pictures from my labtop copied to iphone...how can i remove those on iphone

The only way to remove the photos that have synced to the phone is to do another sync. Connect the phone to the computer, select it in iTunes, go to the Photos tab, unselect the checkmark by the folder that was synced and perform another sync. That will remove them.
