HEMS TOOL DOWNLOAD
How to down load HEMS tool to my IMAC operating system version 10.9.2. It used to to work before Mavericks.

If the tool you are referring to is (http://weather.aero/tools/desktopapps/hemstool) then make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest Java version (java.com). Java is not installed in Mavericks for security reasons.
Just make sure to then go into the Java preferences and disable Java in the browser for security when browsing.
