trying to create a app that shows pop up notifications when tcp connections are made

Im trying to create a simple pop up notification that monitors all incomming and outgoing connections. basically a firewall so you can accept and or deny connections. I have it running in the backround and just need it to monitor ports so It will notify the user when apps or browsers try connecting to the device.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1
