Time Machine for multiple drives?

I have two external drives connected to my iMac. My external "Photo" drive contains my large collection of my photo files. My second, much larger external drive is used for my Time Machine backups. Can Time Machine be configured to backup both my iMac's internal drive and my external "Photo" drive? If not, does anyone have a suggestion so that I can ensure that all my files are backed up?
