When trying to dis-enroll from and automatic renewal of an Iphone app, the notice informs me to go to "account settings" to amend or dis-enroll. When I go there and sign in the site is blank. Is there a human at Apple that I can talk to????
Received and email stating an iphone app I purchased would renew in May unless I went to Itune store and :
You can view the details of your subscription or change your auto-renewal settings at any time from your account settings. I did so and the site is blank. Couldn't find any site at itunes that I could access the problem. Smart marketing to get another $20 fee. It has never been easy to solve any proplem with Apple. Any suggestions for my next step?//
