Apr 26, 2014 1:30 PM in response to rsweet0607by WiseJD,I don't know what e-mail supplier you are using, but with Yahoo, AOL, Google, etc. you should be able to delete the account and then with a few easy steps re-establish the account on your Mac and/or your iPhone. Are you absolutely positive you are using the same primary e-mail account on both devices?

Apr 26, 2014 2:24 PM in response to rsweet0607by Lawrence Finch,Is this a new problem, or did you have it in the past? Are the messages still on your Mac, or did you delete them, which will mean that they will not appear on the iPhone?
If they are still on your Mac then try deleting the iCloud account from your phone. Restart your phone by holding the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears. Then add the iCloud account back.

Apr 26, 2014 2:51 PM in response to Lawrence Finchby rsweet0607,★HelpfulMy original problem was that I could not Reply to any incoming email. I had to create a new email in order to respond. After some adjustments by the Apple store "genius" to my phone, I noticed that I was only receiving a subset of my emails on the phone and (I believe) all of my emails on the Mac.
On the second visit they through in the towel and gave me an 800 #
Although I deleted the emails the problem is still occuring, e.g. your email does not appear on the phone.
I will try your suggestions. Thanks.
