Q: IPAD Help

i was updating my ipad to IOS 7.1.1 and now it won't unlock, it won't reset, it can't be recongized on itunes.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

 

We have tried to reset it, and it doesn't help.

iPad 2, iOS 7.1.1
