Apple MusicFor the right hand click and loaded pages taking ages to show...
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
For passwords: To have passwords stored in a keychain, from your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Passwords tab.
Make sure: AutoFill user names and passwords is selected.
Delete duplicate keychains. Launch Keychain Access then select Passwords on the left.
Right or control click a duplicate keychain then click Delete.
Do the same for other duplicates.

The (meantime hated) rainbow circle appears for 5 to 10 seconds
Then only I can make a choice.
Another point is that once the system is hooked onto something I cannot get out.
The owner is not in control of his own commands or wishes!

Why does Key Chain collate so many same adresses with passwords?
It should be configured that only ONE unique combination is lodged!

Why is the transfer of files to a pendrive so immensely slow?
It takes about 20 seconds to transfer a single 15 MB file
In any PC this takes less than a second

When I recently change the password of en email address in iPhone, it did not want to send messages anymore
Because it appeared that in another obscure place, the same password needs to be entered as well.
However on my 15" top spec MacBook Pro, there was no need to do so!

Why are the previous screen entries not left highlighted?
There are 31 separate screens in the System Preferences
Many of which are most confusing, especially regarding access and security
For one security I have to be here, another somewhere else.
It would be so nice to keep the icon highlighted after use so that I do not go into an icon I just visited
Better still, make 100% sure that ALL relevant items are within ONE screen
There should be NO "advanced" option.
Better still leave the choice to the owner how the icons are sorted
By icon without order - as is the case now

Allowing either logical sequencing or alphabetic

Take a look at the Console app when you are having problems with Safari. If there are any errors listed, you can post them here and they might give us an idea of what is causing the problems.
Keychain usually only stores one password per site, but that doesn't prevent it from getting corrupted.
You could try keychain first aid in the keychain access program. However, you may have to go through and delete the duplicates manually.
If your email provider requires a password for the SMTP (send) server, you generally have to set that separately as the format is often different from the Mail server.
I've been to the Security System Prefs about twice, but never found it confusing. There are like three or four tabs that control different aspects of the OS security. Can you explain what is confusing you.
What do you need to highlight on the system Prefs. You go in, set what you need, and leave it be. The system Prefs are primarily for initial setup for your workflow desires, not constant changing. Why are you going in and out that requires breadcrumbs for you to follow?
