Q: So I have my replacement iPhone 5 until my other gets it's button fixed.  I did a backup to the cloud 30 mins before turning in the phone.  I see the backup in the cloud but it is not available on the new phone, why?

I've received a lowner iphone5 until my button is replaced.  I took a backup at around 4 pm today and see that in the cloud.  Unfortunatly when prompted to restore from backup and selecting the cloud their are no backup's available.  I'm not understanding why, any suggestions or is there something I missed?  Keep in mind that the lowner phone is blank and in setup mode so it's not like I can search around in the options to see if something is missing.  :-)
