Q: I got an error message that says itunes is corrupted or is not installed correctly? Please reinstall itunes.

I am trying to upload music on to my son's new iphone 5c phones from iTunes & i got a message on my laptop that says iTunes is corrupted or is not installed correctly. If I uninstall it, will I lose all my music on iTunes?
