Q: What if i cant remember my security questions.. and the rescue email is not the correct one? I no longer can access that email.

I have been having this issue for a while now. I thought I took my old email off my account but it keeps coming back up. Now everytime i try to purchase anything it tells me to verify info and i cant remember my security question answers. The main issue i am having is its sending the rescue email to an old email i no longer have access too.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.1

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.

 

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
