Q: trying to sync my apps to a new iphone from itunes but it keeps telling me computer is not authorized, have followed the instructions to authorize computer and now it tells me computer is authorized but when i try to sync again tells me computer not?

Trying to sync my new iphone 5s with my apps on itunes but it keeps telling mt that the computer isnot authorized, followed the instructions to authorize my computer try again and tells me the same message, when I try to authorize the computer again it tells me it is lready authorized.  It has already backed up from a saved back up but not transferred the apps.
