Q: How can I reload a song that did not download correctly the first time?

I recently downloaded a new album onto my Itunes account from the Itunes store and when I was listening to it later, I realised one song hadn't downloaded correctly.  It would simply play for a few secounds then move to the next track.  All the rest downloaded right except for this one song.  It was a few days later when I realised this so the small download icon in the top right-hand corner had disappeared by that time.  Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can reload this song?  I've already tried the Apple Help Page and they were less than helpful but I wanted to try this before I tried calling them as I'm worrying about any costs my provider might charge.  Pleae Help.

    Hey there SillySandra,

     

    It sounds like you have a single song that is not completely playing when you downloaded the album. You can delete the song from your computer with this info:

     

    Mac or PC

    Before you delete, find out if you'll be able to download the song you deleted again (it depends on where you live). To delete a song:

    1. Launch iTunes.
    2. From the Library pop-up menu, choose Music.
    3. Click Songs in the navigation bar.
    4. Click the song you want to delete.
    5. Press the Delete key on your keyboard.
