Q: i have just put a £50 voucher onto my itunes account but when i have went to my apple tv to rent a movie it says i have to verify the voucher does anyone no how to do this please

    Hey there Kenspendiff,

     

    It sounds like you added credit to your iTunes Store account but in iTunes Store on the Apple TV you are being prompted for a verification. I would start by double checking that the gift has been redeemed to your account with this article either on your computer or iOS device:

    If so, then Restart the Apple TV:

    Restart your Apple TV by selecting Settings > General > Restart.
