Q: hi Ive just tried to download the new software update and my iphone4s has crashed. Can you help?

Hi

 

I've just tried to download the new software for my iphone 4s and the phone has crashed.

 

when connecting it to itunes it tells me to restore the phone.  But that keeps stalling too.

 

any ideas.
