Q: hello i made my new account and we added money to a card but the account billing dosent accept our card and the money is lost please help us

we added the money on the crad and then added the cards data after we put the money and it dosent accept the card and the 20  euro is in the card and we cant remove it can you fix my acount because i want to purchase something
