Q: How come my in-app purchase did not work for about 24hrs now. The game is " Clash of Clans"

So it's been 24 hrs and I don't know what to do. I bought an in-  app purchase from clash of clan and it is not working! Clash of clans helpers said it was apple connections or some thing and I don't know what that means. What do I do??
