I updated my 5c to 7.1.1 and now it won't restore

I recently updated to 7.1.1, during the process it asked me to connect to Itunes. It wanted to update and restore but, it gets almost done with installing the firmware and it gives a unknown error 3194. I've done what the support pages (differnt computer,cables,updated Itunes, host file default) say. Itunes sees the phone but doesn't display the serial # or phone name.
