Hi, I've had Apple TV for a few weeks and it's now locked up on me. Has a single screen, showing a white cable connecting from the Apple TV box to a music sign. Any idea how I unlock this??

You need to get a Micro USB cable, connect the Apple TV to your computer using the cable, and launch iTunes. From there, select the Apple TV in the sidebar and restore it.
Really?? So I need to buy a new cable?? I thought Wifi was the future.....
Sorry, I'm just annoyed. It's locked up on me a few times. I was thrilled with it to start with.....

Hi, I have bought the cable connected it to itunes and restored. It said it is restored and I disonnected it from teh computer and connected Apple tv to TV again. Again the same cable and music sign was seen. I repeated the process once more and still the same sign exists. What should I do?
