Q: I need help with an order because I'm from Paraguay

Hi, I ordered a Apple composite AC Cable, a Apple 30 pin to USB Cable and a Apple 12W USB Power Adapter a few days ago on April 23 from the apple page because I needed those things for my phone and they were going the send it to me by postal service but I track my order and apparently there's a problem and my package can not be send, because there's some kind of problem with the address that I wrote but I don't know why and I don't know how to contact apple from my country, so the only way that I found is this! Please I would really appreciate if someone can answer this and help me with my problem! I don't know what to do, I track my package on Fedex and I saw that they're returning my package again!
