iPod: Appears in Windows but not in iTunes

If you see your iPod in Computer (Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8) but not in iTunes under Devices, try these steps. Start at the top and work your way through the steps until iTunes recognizes your iPod.

  • A Mac
