    Hi Bird Ecrip

I'm guessing that you want the 2 line preview when you're in the mail app.

    Tap Settings

Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars

    Scroll down and tap Preview

    Tap which option you want

    Hope this helps

I am having the same problem and it's not with the preview. I have my iPhone 5s set to preview 2 lines of email, and that works. But when I open the actual email, it's totally blank. But even stranger, when I reply or forward the email, the content appears! The only thing that does not appear is a picture because I suspect it was not downloaded when the email was first read so I couldn't forward it. I have an Exchange, AOL, and Yahoo account and this is happening to all three emails after I upgraded to IOS 7.1.1. I deleted my Yahoo account and added it back, but that didn't change anything.

I can read my AOL and Yahoo emails by downloading the AOL and Yahoo email apps rather than using Apple's email aggregator. But I don't have an alternative for my Exchage email and it's far easier to process aggreggated email rather than going to specific apps.

Is anyone else experiencing this kind of behavior with the new IOS? And has anyone found out what to do to fix this?

I rebooted my iPhone and the mail started working perfectly again. Sorry for creating any confusion.
