How do I access iCloud on my iPad Air?

I have a new iPad Air with iCloud already activated. I use iCloud with my iMac and iPhone. I cannot access the iCloud account with the iPad. When I type in the iCloud.com in the address bar, I am sent to a site that tells me how to activate the device. It is already activated. I am trying to access content already stored in iCloud. Thoughts?

You don't need to access the content in iCloud.com. It's already on your iPad. That's the idea behind iCloud. Whatever is in the cloud is on the iPad.

Contacts are in the contacts app, reminders in the reminders app, the calendar entires are in the calendar app, iCloud email should be in the mail app, iWorks documents are in their respective apps.

No need to access iCloud.com on an iOS device.
