Move that from your sd card to your desktop
Choose start, scroll up and choose your name (your personal folder in the start menu)
Choose the contact folder
Click the import tab at the top (Import to windows contacts window will show)
Choose vCard (VCF file)
Select vCard file for import window will open. Find your contact folder that you moved off of your sd card. Select all of the files then click open
All of your contacts will be imported and automatically converted to windows contacts.
Open ITunes. Choose your phone icon. Click on the info tab. Check Sync Contact with (choose Windows Contacts from the drop down)
Click the all contacts button.
Then scroll down to the Advanced section - Replace info on this iPhone - choose contacts.
Click the apply button (bottom right) then click sync. Check your phone and your contacts should be in there. Hope this helps. Just did it with my 6 plus
