Q: As soon as I downloaded iOS 7 update two months ago, my ability to message my spouse ( or anyone else) failed to function. Neither can I receive any message from anyone else. Despite all attempts to find a fix, no luck . HELP!!!! Please!
As soon as I downloaded iOS 7 update two months ago, my ability to message my spouse ( or anyone else) failed to function. Neither can I receive any message from anyone else. Despite all attempts to find a fix, no luck . HELP!!!! Please!
My spouse travels frequently, and ALWAYS messages me when the plane touches ground safely. You cannot imagine the horror when I was unable to receive or send a text message, wondering if all was well. Had lots of trouble sleeping that night until I got a 2 a.m. call asking why I had not responded to a text message which I never received. Joy coupled with unspeakable anger at this company's inability to address or remedy.
Can someone help me? I will be most grateful. Thank you all.
