How do I cancel my iCloud subscription within 15 days of purchase? The site says contact Apple. But how?

How do I cancel my iCloud subscription bought within the last 15 days? The website says contact Apple - but how?

I had thought that iCloud would store all my photos - I did not realise that the maximum is 1000, regardless of memory.

Photo stream doesn't use space in your personal account so purchasing additional storage wouldn't be necessary even if you could exceed 1000 photos. But to answer your question, contact the Apple online store for your country to request a refund (1-800-MY-APPLE in the U.S. and Canada).
