Worthwhile upgrading to Mavericks 10.9.2?

I received a upgrade reminder regarding Mavericks v 10.9.2. Is it worthwhile upgrading? What are the improvements to v 10.7.5 which is what I am currently on?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.5), Using Adobe Lightroom 5.3

Many, too many to enumerate, but the improvement you are most likely to actually observe is improved memory utilization. Mavericks' new memory compression algorithm results in much more effective use of limited system resources.

Uninstall any and all "anti-virus" or "cleaning" garbage apps, and back up your system first, as a precaution against the unexpected.

Make sure your iMac can actually run Mavericks:

Also note that many of us feel Apple's statement that the RAM minimum is 2GB RAM for Mavericks is a bit.....well, conservative. I prefer a minimum of 4GB for Mav.

If you have trouble indentfying your exact iMac version, please do "About this Mac" from your Apple menu and, in the resulting window, click the "More Info..." button. In 10.7 you should get a screen like this:

The line I've indicated with the red arrow is your model as Apple sees it.
