Q: How do I sign out of my old ID & sign in w/ my new Apple ID in the app store so I can allow updates to apps?

How do I sign out of my old ID & sign in w/ my new Apple ID. My old ID that is no longer valid is what shows when I want to update some apps.

iPad, iOS 7.1.1

On your iPad...

Settings > iTunes and App Store > Apple ID = Sign Out...

Then Sign In using the preferred Apple ID.

Note:

Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID
