Mail keeps disappearing when I open it, I open my mail and see previous messages and the screen will go blank/empty, I checked in sent and trash but they are not there either? Can anyone assist with this?
If the account is IMAP & you read or delete the email on another device then it will also show as read or be deleted on other devices. If you have an 'all mail' folder the messages might be in there.
