hello I have iPhone 4 that should bee unlocked to all networks but it isnt

or I am doing something wrong

iPhone is purchased in swiscom and from 1 July 2013 all of their phones should bee

unlocked but my isn could you check where is the problem

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.1, unlock

Only the wireless provider to which the phone is locked to can authorize the unlock, so contact them.

I have contact them already and they say to me to contact apple support ,because what they can see by IMEI number iPhone is already unlocked
