Q: How do I get ICloud back on my Iphone? I don't understand the termanology/jargon either??? Thank you in advance!

I don't know what you mean by "jargon that is used to connect to WiFI" or what other problems you are having, so can you please explain further? It will help if you tell us what version of iOS your iPhone is running. If you don't know, go here:
Settings app -> General -> About -> Version

There are other words that I do not understand the meanings of them?? I am very sorry; I also don't know what IOS means or stands for either? Thank you for your assistance.

I didn't intent to start the music at all. I have IPhone 4S. I don't know if that is what you wanted to know. So how do I get a Manual. Do I order it or did it come with my IPhone? Sorry, but I am a retired science teacher and do not have the computer knowledge that some younger person has! I retired back in 2001. That could be the reason that I do not have this knowledge!
I have entered some of my CDs in the Music ICON? I still cannot find the Music Application? The music is still playing, but the volume is on mute, I guess?

I used to work in a metabolitic unit set up by Harvard major teaching Hospital Mass General in Cambridge, Mass. I did cardiac catherazition running CO2 and O2 in duplicate! Also running many biochemical determinations. I do know that you did not call me stupid but you are probably thinking it! Thank you for your patience!

It may be on a home screen instead of your Dock, depending on how you have your iPhone set up.
As has been suggested, it will probably help you a lot if you read the manual. This support site may also be of help:http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/
