I have deleted my notes on iphone 4s after I transfered everthing over to iphone 5s.Now notes are gone on both iphones.How can I get them back? I have checked all emails,signed in on the computer to icloud no notes.Not sure what to do. Help pls

The notes are linked to the AppleID.
You delete them in one place, the are deleted everywhere. (iPhone, computer, iCloud, iPad, etc.)
Same for Contacts, Calendar events, Reminders, Photo Stream.
It appears you have deleted them by accident. If these notes are important to you, I recommend contacting http://getsupport.apple.com immediately, as time is of the essence in recovery situations, to see what can be done.
