Q: Holding cmd + option keys does nothing

I close iPhoto, cold cmd + alt, click iPhoto icon, it just loads as normal, asking which library it should use. How do I get this dialog to show up?

Well it works for everyone else...

Be sure you're holding the right keys:

command and alt are the two keys just left of the space bar.

Depress them and keep them depressed while launching iPhoto.
