Hi Dear : Any time I sign to apple or itunes I always getting problems : could you please help me with both acc: please ?

I want to be fixing everything clear with ( apple & iTunes acc: in case, when I'm online to get access very faster with only one account for both same I'D same password ! Could you please do that for me please ?
