Restore to factory settings crash

Hey there,

First of all I'm sorry if my English is quite bad...

I got a problem with my ipod touch fifth generation 32 gb. I did a factory setting restore and for some reason it wont complete and stuck on the loading apple screen for few days already. I've tried to restore few times and at the beggining there was Error 3194 and11 but using this forum I was able to fix that., the iTunes keeps crashing every time after "extracting software".

please i NEED some help here 😢
