Q: I downloaded IOS 7.1.1 while in Jamaica on vacation and I am getting the Connect to iTunes screen. I do not have my Mac with me but have my work PC. Is there anything I can do to restore my phone? I initially set up my phone with my Mac. Suggestions?

If you can install iTunes on your work computer, you should be able to restore the device and install the update. You may need to disable any security software (antivirus/firewall), to perform the update.

go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/ on your work computer and download itunes there

once its open plug in your phone to restore it
