    Hi folks,

I found a solution in case your MATCH is still buggy...

JUST BOOT YOUR MAC HOLDING THE SHIFT KEY (until you see a progress bar).

Then in itunes disable and re-enable iTunes Match.

It should rescan all your library and eventually works.

At the end just reboot your Mac normally.

    Best regards from Paris.

    Nico

Nope, seems to be working fine now.  I think the "re-matching" is probably the key step.

hmmm let's see ... but for me it did not solved the problem.

The safe mode did. (combined to the re-matching) , without it , just doing the rematching effectively made the process restart fluently but not completely (still frozen at 80%).

Don't hesitate, even if it's not a definitif solution, it helps at least for your first "big" syncro.

(sorry for my english, im french).

    Hi there,

I had the same problem with Windows version of iTunes although the fix is the same for Mac or Windows I'd guess. If you've tried the "Switch off / on iTunes Match" thing and still getting an error try this:

    1) Turn off iTunes Match and Genuis.

    2) De-authorise Computer

    3) Sign out of your Apple account.

Re-boot computer and start up iTunes

    4) Sign back into your Apple ID

    5) Authorise your Computer

    6) Turn on Genius and wait for Apple to send back results and process completes

    7) Turn on iTunes Match and click the "add this computer" button to start the matching process.

    8) Allow iTunes Match to go through the updating process - this time it should eventually complete.

Hope this works - it certainly fixed my "Sending Information to Apple" problem.
