hi my iPod touch 5 won't work i forgot my password on it i tried getting it up on iTunes won't work this is my pc i synced it on iTunes help plz

If you mean you forgot your passcode, you'll have to restore it to remove the passcode, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212.

If you're running iOS 7 with Find My iPod enabled, in order to restore it you'll have to force it into recovery mode as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808, or erased it with Find My iPhone on icloud.com.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

To restore from backup see:

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.
