I do not have access to a wi-fi, is there an instrument or gadget that can provide a wi-fi?

In the Philippines, could I use broadband sticks to connect to the internet using an Iphone4? Since i do not have access to a wi-fi.

No that will not work. DO you have a cellular data plan? That will give you internet
