all programs, folder, itunes, setting preferences etc cannot be open after upgrade

I am unable to open itunes, a message will pop up saying that the error will be sent to apple.

i cant even open up folders, no reaction after i double click on the folder.

Why is this happening? What i did was clicking on the upgrade notification in itunes.

kireiiyp,

when it asks you if you’d like to send the error to Apple, copy the contents of the error report, and paste its contents into your reply, so that we can have a chance of figuring out its cause.
