Can I cancel my support call online?

No, not helpful unless you have memorized or saved the support call ID number which flashes on your screen upon completing the request for a phone call.

The support web site ONLY seems able to track upcoming call appointments by that number

Formerly Apple sent a confirming email ahead of the call.

That no longer seems to be the case or the email comes almost at the time of the scheduled call = not helpful

I believe if you go to https://getsupport.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action and select 'See your cases and repairs' you can opt to cancel the call back.
