i am using iphone 4 recently i updated to 7.1.latest after some hous its totally turn off & its not turn on properly
when we connect to computer through usb we getting apple logo and again turn off its repeting like that only
connect to power cable also same problem..................
then atlast i downloaded the 7.1 latest firmware and i tried to restore it now i am getting error 21
kindly plz help me..................

Try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good. Also, confirm your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers. If you still see the error message when you update or restore, contact Apple support.

i have the same problem .
i try every thing in apple support but it dosent work
its stuck on recovery mode and i try to restore and update to 7.1.2 but i have error 21
please advise me what to do ?
