iPhone stuck on "Setting up voicemail"

I'm trying to set up voicemail on my iPhone 5s. I record my greeting and it saves but then it goes to another screen that says "Setting up voicemail..." and stays there. In the meantime, my phone won't take voicemails.

This is my company's phone through Verizon. I turned the phone off and back on, still the same issue.
